I dont know about any other country but you can in the uk. Although it would be better to stay with your parents if possible, you'll need there support.
can you move out at 16?
technically yes but no too because you shouldn't be pregnant anyways
Pregnancy does not emancipate a minor. You are still under the authority of your parents. Why do you 'need' to move out?
16 year olds can get married if the girl is pregnant but im not sure about that
Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. It does give them certain rights in regards to providing for the welfare of their child.
no she was not
No, you cannot, and if you do, him/his parents could find themselves facing charges for it.
if i am prenant and et married at sixteen to the babys father could i move in with him with out my paents permission in the state off Georgia?
With her parent's permission, she can live anywhere. Without it, she is at home.
No you are not
Being pregnant has nothing to do with it. You cannot move into an apartment because you cannot legally sign the lease. Untill your 17 (in Texas) your parents having all controlling interest in your life.
No, you still have to be sixteen. For girls you aren't even classifeied as an adult until you are 18. 16 is when you can legally quit school but I wouldn't recommend it!
