umm...yeah. This isn't a matter of being afraid to tell your parents anymore. The mistake is over and by that I mean unprotected underage sex. You are pregnant, you have to take proper precautions when you are pregnant, especially because you are so young. You need to tell your parents (and start taking pre-natal vitamins or at least folic acid EVERY day.) Your parents are going to find out at some point, especially when you start showing. If you are skinny you can start showing as soon as 5-8 weeks. It can take longer if you aren't as thin. You need to tell them and you need to be reasonable when you tell them. You may want to start out with something like A) I know I was irresponsible and did a stupid thing but my mistake is over and now I am pregnant 2) I know you have a lot of reasons to be disappointed in me but I need you to hide those feelings as much as possible because I don't want my child to suffer because I developed a hatred or guilt towards my baby because you didn't approve 3) you need to come up with some different resolutions to your situation. Is it reasonable for you to keep the baby or might it be better if you put your baby up for adoption? There are a lot of things to consider and it is a lot of situation and a lot of stress. But I would suggest that you research the do's and don'ts of pregnancy until you make your descions so that incase you do decide to put your baby up for adoption, the parents of your baby can have a healthy baby.
