Well, because your a minor, then yes, your doc has every right to tell your parents
If its a major thing, yeah, he will tell them,
But if he's super nice, and its nothing big, he may not tell them
But he still has a right... and your parents could sue him if he doesnt tell them,
and... He could get fired...
So yeah, he can still tell your parents
