less than a week, most likely. if youre worried about drug tests, just drink a lot of liquids like sports drinks and energy drinks to flush your system, but make sure at least a third of what you drink is water.

∙ 15y agoIt depends on three things. 1) how much body fat you have 2) how deeply you inhaled the smoke and 3) how long you held the hit in. A "friend" of mine with about 20% bodyfat took a hit who was clean for about a month prior, and passed an Army lab analysis in two weeks. The less bodyfat you have, the less time it takes to clean out.

Some factors that may determine this are the potency of the marijuana, the type of the drug test, the weight of the person, and the speed of their metabolism. Obviously, the higher the potency of marijuana, the longer it will take to get out of your system.
For most people who exercise properly, a "bowl" (around .3 grams for most people) will take about 10-14 days to get out of your system, if you want a short answer. It may take up to 60 days for some people, however. As far as marijuana "being in your system", it will stay in your hair for years. it stays in your blood for a very short period of time. it will stay in your urine anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks, depending on numerous factors as I mentioned, with 30 days being the most accepted time that it takes to get out of your system.
