Yes.You will have to buy an electrical outlet converter, because their electrical outlets are different from ours.
There are a lot of questions like this, and I love to answer them: No. For the Wii there are 3 regions: Japan, Europe, and US. If you have a Wii from the US, you cannot use European games on it, and vice versa. You're gonna have to buy games from the region of your Wii.
You can use the actual Wii in the US, but you can't use any games that are bought in the US with it, as it is classed as a different "region."
US games don't work with UK Wii consoles. Unless you use Freeloader then it's impossible. And if you do use Freeloader then you won't be able to update your Wii or it will stop working (The Freeloader). Hope this helped, and have a good life in the US :D
yes it should work providing its the pal version, not the french secam version
No, The two types of consoles have different region encoding. This is called Region Lockout (or Region Lock). They are incompatible. UK games will not work on a US wii. The UK use a PAL (Phase Alternating Line) system whereas the US use NTSC (National Television System Committee). There is a CD called Freeloader which should allow you to play games from different regions on your US wii. i.e JP and UK games will work on the US wii with the CD
around many countries there is a shop called game which has some really good offers for wii games
Buy the Wii Freeloader by Datel. It is available online on www.renchi.com www.play.com www.ebay.com Just make sure you buy the correct one.
Wii games are region locked, you need US games for a US Wii.
I don't think it will work. They are made differently. You'd better buy one that fit for US wii systems. There are lots of resources online. Have a look and find out what you want. http://www.dinodirect.com/Wii-Accessories/Wii-Controllers/
yes they do ___________________________________________________________ If your trying to say, "Does US Format Wii Games Work On A UK Format Wii" Then no. Reason: UK Wii Have Different Formats than US Games.
American Wii Remotes work on a UK Wii, as they are not locked to one region
the transformer is the least of your problems. you would need to take your wii with a plug conversion so you can plug in your wii into the UK sockets. then you would need a tv that supports NTSC, which is not easy to find as PAL is used in the UK. if you have all this you will then be able to play your WII in the UK.
