Most carriers require that you purchase the data plan upon activation of a smart phone.
Ya my friend has one and she never had to get the data plan. With any AT&T smart phone, you have to get the data plan. With Verizon, you can choose on most phones. Either way, chocolate touch isn't a smart phone anyway.
Yes, all smart phones on att and most companies require data. Get a feature non smart phone instead.
no because its not a smart phone...
yes
Smart phones have different plan because of its unique and sophisticated phone features. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have asked Verizon this question and the same answer every time, if the phone is labeled smart the plan must contain the smart data. only way to avoid this is to research your phone choices well, and find what should be the closest to but not yet counted as smart phone.
You cant use a smart phone without data plan.
yes they need a data or it wont remember contacts music games and all smart phone activities
force close and delete data
No it is not. The data plan is optional, The data plan costs $10/month through Tmobile.
not necessarily you can often use wifi on many phones
Well a blackberry is better for organizing data, reading emails, logistics and daily scheduling etc.... Smart phones are more into providing apps where you can play games, listen to music, camera, etc...... So to me a smart phone is not as good as a business phone.
Choosing a smart phone plan can be difficult. The one you choose will depend on your budget, as well as how much data you plan to use every month. Sprint currently offers unlimited data plans for smart phones. Prices for Sprint data plans start out at around $69.99. Both Verizon and AT&T offer limited data plans. For 2GB of data on Verizon and AT&T, you can expect to pay $30 at Verizon and $25 at AT&T for the data alone. Additional features such as text messaging will cost you more.
