Go to Limewire's Library and then go to Incomplete Files. Click on the file and then click the resume button at the bottom, or right click on the file and select resume. I don't know if this will work with torrent files

I wouldn't download them in the first place. My friend did and she had to buy a whole new iPod because it screwed it all up! most mp3 players will show up on your computer like a flash drive when you plug them in. If you go into "my computer" in windows, you should see your mp3 show up as a removable drive. From there you can just click and drag songs from your limewire folder onto the mp3 player. That is also true but to add a little more detail you have your list of songs pulled up on limewire, you highlight them all and the right click, you then click locate on device and they will show up you then highlight them again and drag them over to your removable drive [mp3].

The percentage of getting caught downloading music from limewire varies. Basically the bigger the music files you download the more bandwidth you use. The smaller the music files you download the less bandwidth you use. Big music files 65-80% Small music files 15-30% When you download big music files you use high bandwith you tend to access most of the lines, slowing other connections down increases the chances of allowing your IP address to show up high on the database of the limewires which comes though an open source. Your broadband service monitors the networks traffic. When you download small music files, you tend to use very little bandwidth and you take up less lines, making the chances lower for you to be caught. Because your IP rate is normal.
Limewire has a free version, but you can pay about 18 bucks and get a "turbo-charged" version. Downloading copyrighted material is illegal whichever version you use, but I have it on good authority that the pay version is about the same for downloading songs. The problem is that you can set how much bandwidth you allocate to uploads and downloads. Naturally, everybody wants to set it to 100 percent for downloads and nothing for uploads, so you end up trying to download a 700MB movie at 2MB per second. You don't have to be a genius to see that this would take you about 4 days.
It sounds like the question's incomplete. 63 percent of 28 is 17.64, which rounds to 17.6
