Human resources help
No, it is not. The number to dial varies from state to state. In Wyoming it is #HELP. In a lot of states you just dial *55. In some other states you dial *47 (HP), or *77 (SP), or even initial of the state that you are in then *77 (Example-Florida-*347 (*FHP)). While in others you dial the first initial and *47 , as we do in TN., Dial *THP. Very confusing. There should be a standard, but I don't know how that could be done. It is not so simple a matter when you are crossing state lines so much sometimes, that YOU aren't even sure which state you are in!
contact the dept of aging and disability services or dial 211 on your phone free of charge and the united way can assit you
You can look the information up online through Yellow Pages, call the operator service, call 211 from a cell or land line phone, or go to the website located online. I'm unaware of the state you reside in, but we dial the number 211 in Texas for most assistance( Food Stamps, Health Care Benefits, and etc). Another solution to this question is to go to your local Human Resource Office for a list of information, or you can call as well.

211 is a prime number.
To determine if 211 is a prime or composite number, we need to check if it has factors other than 1 and itself. We can try dividing 211 by prime numbers up to its square root, which is approximately 14.5: 211 ÷ 2 = 105.5 (not a whole number) 211 ÷ 3 = 70.333... (not a whole number) 211 ÷ 5 = 42.2 (not a whole number) 211 ÷ 7 = 30.142... (not a whole number) 211 ÷ 11 = 19.181... (not a whole number) 211 ÷ 13 = 16.230... (not a whole number) As we can see, none of these divisions result in a whole number. So, 211 is not divisible by any prime number less than its square root. Therefore, 211 only has factors of 1 and itself, which means it is a prime number.
