Yes... especially if your body is used to you eating more regularly. Your blood sugar is a main culprit of dizziness and fainting. That's why it is recommended a person eats several small meals a day rather than one large meal. Otherwise, your blood sugar level can spike then crash. Another reason eating a ton of sugar for breakfast can negatively affect your energy level. You lessen the chances of feeling dizzy or fainting if you stay hydrated and make sure what you eat is a well rounded meal. Every person is different though.
