first, you need a wailmer pail (you can get it in the flower shop near rustboro) the go to the battle frontier (you can go to the battle frontier after beating elite four) then go to the end of the east then go down, you will see an old man that will ask you do you have a good eye... then do down again, you will saw a weird tree, use the wailmer pail to water it, then it will fight with you, it is SUDOWODO!!!
