Normally, your hard drive tries to store information in an organised manner. Each file is stored all together, and it runs quickly. However, if you delete a file, it'll leave a gap in the middle of the disk. Files can get spread out around the disk, and the drive takes longer to find and collect all the bits of a file.
Defragmentation solves this problem. When you "defrag", the system shuffles the files back to their normal, orderly state. After a good defrag, the hard drive needs to search a lot less, and your system will run generally faster.
True, defragging regularly helps keep the HDD fast and performing at its best. Most users neglect defrag as its time consuming and tedious to run manually. Nowadays one can automate the task with excellent defrag programs like Diskeeper.
A word of warning, however: while traditional, disk-based HDDs benefit from defragging, the new Solid State Drives (SSDs) have practically zero seek time, and don't receive much benefit from defragging. So, defrag disk drives, but sidestep solid states.

I agree, automatic defraggers defrag whenever required without eating system resources almost coexisting with other programs. There is no need to wait for manual defrags to complete or set up scheduled tasks that can often get missed.
Defragment
Cleaning up your computer's hard drive can make your computer work faster. Make sure to clear all cookies and defragment the hard drive. If you do this that should make your computer move a lot faster.
You may not be a computer administrator, however sometimes you can still do one. Your computer may not need a defragment. Your computer does not have enough free space. Computers need about 15% of space to be free before you can defragment.
Double-click My Computer, right-click the disk to defragment, and choose Properties > Tools > Defragment Now.
Use the defragment and checkdisk utilities.
The same way you defragment a normal PC hard drive. Hook it up, right click the drive in My Computer, go to tools, an among, disk clean up and error checking, there should be the option to defragment it. Once your there, just click defragment.
Part one. (optional) Go in my computer. then go in add or remove programs. remove programs you dont want. part 2: go to the start menu then all programs, accessories, system tools, and click defragmenter. defragment your computer. it wont destroy the fragmented files. it just fixes files, thats all. it will make the files contiguose. Fragmented files makes your computer Super slow.
Defragment the hard drive.
It shouldn't be necessary to defragment more than once a month, unless you are adding a lot more files, etc. to your computer. If you notice it begin to go more slowly, that is sometimes an indication you may need to defragment more often.
No website should really make you computer SLOW it just all depends on your computer. So just try a bunch of game sites and see what happens
Yes Just search in google. but dont download if your computer is slow.
dont download anything else or it will be even slower
