If you dont eat how much weight will you lose?

That is ridiculous. If you did not eat you would die. You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day in order to remain healthy. It also depends on your exercise. Michael Phelps ate 8000 calories a day when he was training. If you really want to lose weight, try asking your doctor about effective ways to do so.
