This is the worst way to lose weight.

600/700 is well below MINIMUM calorie recommendations for men and women.

what happens with this kind of eating is you may see changes in the first couple of weeks (mainly from water) but instead of losing FAT you lose MUSCLE mass.

this slows down your metabolism, making it harder for you to lose weight, and your body wil be in starvation mode meaning it clings on to all the fat it has in order to survive.

and so, when you start to eat more (because lets face it one month of 600 cals a day, you will cave) you put all the weight lost back on (and more), except you have now slowed down your metabolism because of the muscle you lost, making it harder for you to lose weight.

so, my answer would be, you will gain weight from these eating habits, not lose weight.

i recommend you read the book "burn the fat feed the muscle". this is how to lose weight effectively.
