You probably do burn more calories, because your body expects food at lunch because that's when you feed it. but if you already ate your lunch, or breakfast or whatever, in the morning, your body goes hungry and starts burning calories to make up for the food you would've given it. or, you could just start skipping lunch!
Yes. Eating in the morning AFTER you wake will get your body going, therefore it is easier to digest your food. Eating late at night will put on fat and will only add to the calories. It willl just sit inside your stomach at night, and wont digest. Eating during the day, in the morning and in the early evening is the best time.
No cake has sugar and lots of calories of coarse it doesn't help you lose weight
Not eating the skin means that you are eating less calories.
Fat contains calories which are avoided during diets. The amount of calories that are in one gram of fat equals out to be nine calories. Knowing this can assist someone in changing to a healthier way of eating.
No. They are not eating for two people of the same size.
Not the classic hormone caused one, it occurs too soon in pregnancy for the twins to mass enough to count. However, often morning sickness is caused by low blood sugar. It often happens in the mornings because you are not eating during the night, but the baby continues to use your stored calories. This can make your blood sugar levels dip by morning. Low blood sugars can make you feel nauseated, shaky, and sweaty and even vomit. When you have twins or other multiple fetus pregnancies, the blood sugars can dip even more during fasting at night and you may feel more sickness from that in the morning before you take in some calories to raise your blood sugar back up. See the related question below, "Why does eating a protein meal late at night prevent morning sickness?", for more information about this cause of morning sickness in many women.
Uhh, no. Its your skin. You dont have calories in your skin!

Eating healthy can save your life in many different ways. For instance, eating too many calories can make you overweight, while eating not enough calories can make you underweight.
It really depends what you're eating the rest of the time... The average woman should be taking in around 2000 calories a day - you might think you're being healthy by eating salad for lunch, but you have to take in the rest of the day as well. When you eat can have an impact on your weight as well, eating late at night will put on weight as your body has no time to burn off the excess calories and fat, but eating in the morning has less effect. The best way to work out whether or not there is a problem with your weight is to keep a (truthful) food diary for a bit and calculate how much you're eating. If, say, you have a small bowl of bran flakes and semi-skimmed milk for breakfast (100 calories), a cereal bar mid-morning (115 calories) salad for lunch (anywhere between 30-300 calories depending on whether or not you have dressing) and then vegetable soup for dinner (200 calories) then, maximum you're taking in that day is 715 calories and if you're putting weight on then you should see a doctor. However, if you supplement that with chocolate, cake, crisps and sandwiches then you'd be surprised at how quickly the calories add up...
