lucky for you Florida isn't one of them. Meaning, nothing will happen to your licence. If you don't pay the ticket, just don't drive in Florida again...
It does not. Unless a state/province has an agreement to share information, which few have, they will not know of the speeding ticket such as in Ontario Canada.
When you get a speeding ticket, generally, points are added to your license. So yes, a speeding ticket that is out of state, will still effect your license.
In the state of Ohio (& Virginia), it is the judges decision. I received 2 speeding tickets within 2 weeks of one another and the judge amended one but suspended my license for 30 days for the other and fined me a hefty charge. So I am assuming it all depends on the laws and the judge.
Tickets you get in other states and you have to pay a fine believe me that ticket will follow you no matter what state you are in or going to.
I'm not entirely sure but it will probably have a small affect on your FL license if you're known to have been caught driving suspended and with no license! For future information - don't do it again!!!
A speeding ticket of 10mph less will affect your insurance directly. Premiums often go up and remain high for extended periods of time.
It is important to drive the safe speed limit that is posted. A speeding ticket in Florida will add points to a North Carolina license.
Yes it will. If the ticket is for more than 15 over the speed limit NC will suspend your license. You can hire a Florida ticket clinic to handle it for you.
