If you go to Costa Rica and marry someone will they be able to come to the US legally?

I was married twice in Costa Rica and both of my wives came back to the US with me with no problem whatsoever. Both of my children were also born in CR and are bi-nationals with birth certificates and passports from both countries. You will have to go through some red tape, stand in lines for hours and pay the US Embassy, it will probably take several months for you to get her visa unless her family is rich - they get visas with no effort whether they're married to an American or not. You can also request from the US Embassy a "fiance" visa for her to come and meet your family etc if you are in the US and she is in CR. not that i know of you might have to go to the us customs and ask that question to them.!
