In my opinion it is better to try and get the ticket changed to a non moving violation. I am a truck driver and receive more than my share of tickets and found out in the past that if you can talk personally to the pros. attorney some times you can get your ticket changed to a non moving violation. It is better in the long run to pay extra to get it ammended than to let your insurance co. charge you more for 3 or more years.
AnswerThis depends on the rest of your driving record. I received a ticket 2 years ago and was offered the option of $76 fine and 3 points or a $90 fine and 2 points. I took the 3 points since it was my only ticket in 20 years and would have no impact on my license status or my insurance rates. If your license is in danger of being suspended if you get any more points then take the 0 option, if not then take the cheaper option. I would be very surprised if the ticket can be reduced to a non-moving violation.ALWAYS!!! The best way to cancel out those points is to take a defensive driving course then give a copy of the certificate to your agent. NC Texas Agent
Yes... points just track how long you will have a license if you lose all your points. Insurance Companies still have to rate a policy for that increased risk..as in drunk driving.
Online defensive driving education courses are often used as a tool in helping people take points off their licenses from previous traffic stops. They are also useful in educating young drivers though nothing helps better than parents showing them the ropes in real time. This website can help answer your questions. http://www.defensivedriving.com/
It depends from police to police departments, but you can be offered a course to take so you don't get any penalty points, plus you have to pay for the course
It means you have been given traffic tickets for your driving habits. Depending on the laws in your state, once you reach a certain number of points you will loose your license or possibly be required to take a defensive driving class.
Driver error is the cause of most vehicle accidents. Taking a class at defensive driving schools in NJ, will help you learn how to be a defensive driver. You might also be eligible for a reduction on your car insurance. In the state of NJ, taking the class will deduct two points off your driver's license. The course must be state-approved, so check with the school before enrolling. The state allows the two-point deduction system once every five years.

Driving points can often be reduced by participating in a Driving Safety Course. You can find these courses through your State Department of Motor Vehicles. The quickest way to locate information is by visiting the DMV website, but you can also call the state or local telephone number. The number of points erased will be determined by the State. Even if they don't reduce the points, completion of the course can save you money on your auto insurance premiums... which is a definite bonus when you have a less than perfect driving history.
In most states you can take a driver's safety course. It's one way to remove points.
Its starts every kill after 4 (pretty sure). You then have two options: Defensive and Offensive. Defensive gives you a choice to get a set number of points and help out your team in general ex: match ammo, Flak vests, FMG vests and more. Offensive gives you a chance to get more points but with a risk. You get to control where you want your offensive attack to go (Artillery Strike, FMG, Rocket Strike, etc.) and get 10 points for every kill received. The bas side is that if you get no kills, you get no points. In my opinion, defensive is a better alternative. P.S The Defensive/Offensive attacks become better as you get a higher kill streak. The highest I think is a 14 kill streak (thats the highest i have received an attack for)
Not in the state of Arizona. In Arizona you do not get "points" on your driving record nor can you take a driving course/class instead of paying the fine.
