If you have LimeWire on your computer but it is not being used can your ip address and your information still be accessed?

Umm, no. You're not sharing files when Limewire is shut down so there's no way somebody can access your IP. You could also make it so that you don't share any files so then nobody can view your IP address and you can still download as many files as you'd like.

That number is the amount of songs that had been took'n of your computer.
