If you have a 2-prong 240V outlet and only 2 wires and every wire is connected to two separate 20A breakers how can you replace it for one 120V outlet without rewiring?

In rooms without a ceiling light, one half of a duplex receptacle is a switched lighting circuit and the other is a always on receptacle.
