If you have a company work truck and they gave it to you for use of it while working for them and they owe you a lot of money for working for them is it legal to hold it until you are paid?

Well it depends, If they want it back and you refuse to give them the truck until they pay you then I'm pretty sure that is stealing. I'm not for sure though.
