Go to the doctor and get a prescription for antibiotics. There are oral antibiotics and some that required insertion. You most likely have a bacterial infection. Don't forget to get pro-biotics from a health food store if you get the oral antibiotics, that way you don't run the risk becoming ill from wiping out your "good" bacteria. Eating lots of yogurt is also good - try to get some without too much sugar. Stay from onions for a week and drink more water. Clean with soap and water but DO NOT douche, your vagina can clean itself out, it just needs a boost with the antibiotics.
