possibly, but you are much more likely to have a small abscess or cyst under the skin. See your doctor, and have it aspirated (sucked out), lanced, or excised, then you will know for sure! Hope that helps! Aj :) It is probably a glandular tumor. I suggest getting checked out by a doctor.
