Well there's several reasons why people would go out of there locality to see other providers. My mother for one did not like the back surgeon that was in our area so she went to one that was outside of her immediate area. I went to see an ENT that was 40 miles outside of my area but I know & trust him so that where I went. The key is that we have the freedom to make these types of decisions because we have freedom of choice in our current form of healthcare.
