If you have had a cervical fusion done did it hurt and if so how bad and how long?
hi im Nikki and im 13 years old.
i had my first 2 Cervical cancer jabs when i was 12. its ok to feel nervous and worried but trust me it dosent hurt at all. when i was gettin ready to get my first cervical cancer jab i started crying and got really worked up for absolut nothing i went in to the room crying and came out fine. u go in and they will ask for ur name and date of birth then you sit down and the lady will ask if there is a chance you could be pregnant. then you will feel a little prick and it will be over and done with in about 5secs. it will bleed for about 2minutes and then for the rest of the day keep moving your arm so it dosent go stiff.
the second jab was a bit painful but only when the liquid is going in. same as above will happen.
im getting my final jab soon and i ain't woried at all because it doesnt hurt.

I had it done in October of 2006. C5 & 6 were removed and replaced with discs from a cadaver. The surgery took about 8 hours, I was in neurological ICU for 6 days and recovery was 8 weeks in a very unattractive neck brace. Best thing I have ever done, no regrets!
