4 to 5 minutes.
Animals because they will die within minutes of having no oxygen.
You are for sure dead. The average human can go 3 minutes without air, anything after that can cause permanent brain damage or death.
Every part of the human body needs oxygen, but the heart and the brain are the most critical body parts that will die soonest if they are deprived of oxygen. The brain dies in just 3 minutes without oxygen. Oxygen is carried by the blood, so if there is not enough blood, there will not be enough oxygen.
Human beings die in a few minutes if they are not able to breathe, or are deprived of oxygen. If you should find yourself in such a situation, obviously you should attempt to escape from it. Failing that, you will die.
We used more oxygen .
jogging for like 10 minutes will burn as much as 100 calories, so if you will try to jo for 30 minutes that will be more or less 300 calories all in all, and it depends on the intensity of your jogging, but you must have a good condition of LUNGS in order to jog for 30 minutes because a lot of oxygen will be needed by the body when we talk about cardiovascular exercises.
The fact that your body has to produce lactic acid in order to get rid of excess C02. Therefore jogging is anaerobic because the amount of oxygen you need increases so much that your body can't remove it aerobically.
About 4 minutes. After One-Two minutes the person will be passed out from lack of oxygen. After 4 minutes, depending the case, he/she will have no more oxygen therefor unable to function properly and then... DEAD
Actually, no human being can go without oxygen for 4 minutes and be expected to live
immediately after jogging, the body's homeostatic mechanisms continue to function to first get rid of excess lactic acid build up in the muscle tissue and it also compensates for the loss of oxygen in its myoglobin and glucose (oxygen debt). the pain is due to the lactic acid causing cellular damage and this irritates nociceptors (pain receptors).
Exercise regularly. Exercise increases blood circulation and oxygen levels. Walking, swimming and jogging are just a few exercises to help increase oxygen saturation. Lose weight and stop/quit smoking. In a medical situation, you can improve oxygen saturation by providing breathing oxygen.
4 to 5 minutes.
You'll have an oxygen deficiency that'll have to be compensated for before the pulse an breath rate will be back to normal.

It is better to jog and then work out. Jogging helps better blood circulation which results in efficient oxygen delivery. Aerobic exercises in general, be it jogging , biking, cycling, swimming, hiking etc helps in more 'uptake of oxygen' and better brain-functions. With energized body and enlighten mood, you would be highly successful to incorporate most of your workout routines.
Question: Why your rate goes higher when running or jogging? Answer: A coordinated effort by the heart and lungs causes an oxygen rich blood supply to exit the heart and enter a network of arteries, veins, and capillaries at a rate which fluctuates according to the oxygen absorption rate of our body. The rate of oxygenated blood being pumped out of the heart increases or decreases to match the higher or lower oxygen absorption rates of the body according to our level of activity. A body at rest requires uses less oxygen than a body which is under an increased workload. Increased activities like running or jogging cause our body to absorb oxygen at faster rates, so our heartbeat (pumping rate) increases to deliver oxygenated blood at faster rates.
