i am sure that self satisfaction is so useful and absolutely harmless.i myself have masturbated since the age of 12 and now i am 37 (by the way i have had many sex partners through my life too). not only has masturbation never disturbed me either physically or mentally, but also it has supported me a lot in times of lacking a partner.i would certainly have gone crazy without masturbation.religions suggest that this act is a sin and has a lot of harms!!!!!! i can insure you that what they say is bullshit.masturbation hasn,t even disturbed my normal sexual conduct with my sex partners.i asked many physicians and read many scientific articles about the possible risks of masturbation and never found any harms pertaining to masturbation in any of them.religion always forbids people from the natural joys of life every human has the righ to use,yet never mentions any rational or scientific reasons why those joys are bad for human!
