ANSWER No, there is probably nothing wrong. For a while after your first period, it will probably be irregular as your body tries to adjust properly. Certain things like weight gain / loss, stress levels, and hormones can all affect when and how often you get your period. If this continues (being irregular) for a few years or you go for a few (3 or 4) months without your period - and you know that there is no chance of pregnancy - you may want to talk with your doctor. Absent that, there is nothing wrong with missing. when you first start having periods, they take a while to settle into a regular pattern. it can take up to 2 years before your periods are regular, so nothing is wrong, it juat your hormones adjusting. the only problem is, you wont know when your next period will start, so be prepared with panty liners , just in case you get caught out at school during PE or some other embarassing time.
