Unless it's a negligible amount of pink, nothing will turn pink to a true green. Green added to pink will result in a brown. Anything else added will move it toward a violet or an orange shade.

No "color" can be added to orange to make green. HOWEVER, you can try to revert orange back to yellow by adding yellow to it until it's as yellow as possible. You'll more than liking end up with a very light orange. Gradually add small amounts of blue until you've acquired the green you desire. Side note: If you already have yellow in hand. There is no need for the orange. Just add blue to yellow!
Brown. Orange is the complimentary color to green, and any two complimentary colors mixed together will yield brown. Correction: RED is the complimentary color to GREEN. The red in the orange will cause the green to turn into a very warm brown.

The inside of an orange should be a brighter light orange than the peel. If an orange is bad the color inside when peeled could show a brown color. The orange can not poison a person, and is still safe to eat. The taste may be bitter because the fruit is not fresh.
