I got into the university of Maryland at college park easily and I had a horrible GPA in high school. A 3.4 GPA will certainly get you in that school. I am in the military so I am not sure if that had anything to do with my acceptance into the school since it was listed in the earmyu programs. I think you will do fine getting accepted though, good luck!

Being bilingual does not greatly increase your chances of getting into an Ivy League University. Good grades, who you know, your SAT scores and community involvement will come first. Being bilingual shows that you are a well rounded person.

If you don't have a diploma, none. If you do, no worse then someone who hasn't dropped out.
No one can calculate what your chances are without knowing a great deal more about you and your circumstances. You can buy a 'degree' from diploma mills so if you do that you are 100% sure of getting one. Not that it would be worth anything. You can study and go to college/university, work hard and perhaps get one. Your chances cannot be calculated.
