If you know her well I would say that no it isn't a turn off. It can be a bit creepy if you have just met someone and they confess their love for you but I don't see this in your relationship. The problem is that you feel vulnerable now that you have told her. It is always great for a guy to show his emotions and it is romantic when he tells a woman how he feels.
