Yes you can. You may be required to take some prerequisite coursework at the undergraduate level if you have not done so already, but this is not in all cases.

Yes. You can get a master's in anything after your bachelors in sociology but you will have to prepare for the qualifications in the new program which will mean some more undergraduate work. An MBA will require some prerequisite courses that will require another year of undergraduate work and every master's program will have admission instructions for those who are not in the same major. Courses like business administration, calculus, accounting, etc. will be prerequisites for the prorgram.

It is very important to go to an advisor within the business program and get the curriculum defined with an academic plan. That academic plan has a life for so many years and this document will be helpful if the master's admission requirements or curriclum change. With that plan, you have it all defined, from start to end, and you can see your financial aid advisor to make sure that you can get the curriclum done within the 150% requirement in the 1973 Education Act. If you just gain admission without that defined plan, the school can pull some surprises by putting new requirements in the catalog each new year. For example, in 2015 you might be looking at the 2012 catalog to graduate and they can say a new requirement popped in the 2015 catalog without much defense. If you have that defined curriculum with an advisor from start to end, that document is helpful to ensure that financial aid will cover the courses throught your whole plan and it might help you the next year when the new graduate catalog adds requirements.

If you can't do the preparation at your college, you can also consider attending a community college. It's a little cheaper, just make sure that the courses will transfer with an academic advisor at the university you plan to attend.

Yes, you can. Many individuals take their master's degree in a field unrelated to their bachelor's degree. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, but my master's degree is in organizational management. You just have to inquire about the prerequisite coursework required (if any). If the program requires coursework you have no completed, you may have to complete that coursework first at the undergraduate level.
