If you install a complete true dual exhaust on your 1989 350ci gmc truck will the exhaust be too free flowing?

There is no such thing as too free flowing exhaust on a 4-stroke. But, you can't get true duels on that pickup unless you move the gas tank, since it is in the way. I put cat back dual pipes with no mufflers on mine sounds titties.
