If you kill a family member AFTER he called you a homo is it still a felony?
You better believe it. Murder is a felony. No words justify the taking of a life.
Well, it depends. Family is such a strong word. When u say immediate family, i believe ur referring to family thats not related. Even if your not related to someone, you could still be considered family. But it depends on the relationship you have with them. Are you VERY close to them or do you barely ever speak to them? So technically, even if your immediate family, you would still be called family. Does that…
What if you have a family member who is gay leave with me and i am a christian person who is trying to raise 2 boys what can i do to protect my kids?
i would just tell them the truth...if they already know that your family member is gay. just tell them that god says that you shouldn't be gay, and that they should know this. however, you should also tell them that, although god says you are not supposed to be gay, you still love your family member. hope that helped.
You can receive food stamps as long as your felony is not drug related. If your roommate has a felony but is not considered part of your family unit for benefit purposes then you have no problem. However, in order for that person not to be included, you have to prove that you do not prepare meals with or share food with this person.
If you were charged with a felony and they drop it to a misdemeanor and you plead no contest is it still being convicted of a felony?
Can an active duty military member convicted of a state felony in Texas still fire weapons for military service?
If that member wasn't discharged for being convicted of said felony, then by all means I would assume so. The only reason I can think of where a soldier convicted of any crime would be prohibited from handling a weapon is for Domestic Violence. If the soldier committed an act of Domestic Violence and was convicted of a lesser charge (like Battery), that doesn't count.

Not sure what you mean, but only a conviction of a felony (or misdemeanor family violence) can limit your possession of a firearm. <><><><> Exception: If a person was found not guilty by reason of insanity, they were likely adjudicated as being mentally incompetent. If so, that IS a bar to possessing or buying guns.
I'm 18 and have been threatened by a step father that he can keep me. I want to move out but I'm still in school?
No, neither of them are still alive. Anne's mother (Edith Frank) was the first member of the Frank family to die. Edith died January 6, 1945 in Auschwitz concentration camp, Oświęcim, Poland. Anne's father was the only member of the family who survived World War Two. He later died on August 19, 1980 in Birsfelden, Switzerland
