I have only killed two villagers, because i stole somthing from their house and they over reacted and came after me, but as far as i know those people haven't come back alive.

The only way to get your dog back in Fable 2 is to make the love wish in the spire and your dog will come back alive. This is the only way i know of. Also, if you go to knothole island and sacrifice a villager in the tomb in the cemetery then your dog will come back to life.
How do you get people drunk in Fable 2?
Target a villager (keep the safety on!). Hit RB for your expressions wheel. Select Social (on the top), and then Gift (also on the top). Then go to Items, then Food. Choose the alcohol to give to the villager. Repeat until the poor sap is drunk.

In Fable 1 2 or 3? Well, I don't know about 1 but in 2 and 3 there is no cheat for that or any cheat for 2 and 3.......maybe you shouldn't of kill all those innocent people!
