It could be none actually. He might not yet know how to tell you his feelings or know what to do anything yet. Just approach him normally. Not like nothing ever happened, but normal. Cause if you do act like nothing ever happened, then it might be a sign to the boy that you didn't mean it. But you did mean it right...?
