I believe there is an extradition treaty between the UK and the Philippines (see related Link). However I am not sure if it is in force, it get this information you would need to speak to a Philippine legal expert on the matter. It looks likely that it will come into force (if it is not yet in force) and the UK police can then issue a warrant for your extradition back to the UK.
