demand they leave their wife, or atleast ask them what they're gunna do about it.
if they stutter, you know that you're being led on and you should probably end it now before you get hurt.
or you could go and talk to his wife for him. it might make him mad at you, but say that in the end all you were trying to do is make things right.
but if you're not sure you love him completely, and want him to navagate his life away from his entire family, then you should leave him before letting him tear them apart.

I am assuming that there is a sexual relationship going on between the two of you. Because he has children he's probably afraid to commit to a relationship because of the children.
