We all use our own inventories. But we need mafia members to use the stuff in the inventory. For example, a mafia member can only drive a car. So if you have 20 cars but you only have 10 mafia members, you'll only fight with 10 cars. :)

you can have as much members as you want but you can only take 500 during a fight. the more members you have, the better because the members you'll be taking with you are the top 500 in your mafia.

The only weapons you actually need to purchase is the ones you need to do to master job tiers, which are always indicated on the actual job you choose to do

No, it is the same rule as befere 501, every 2 mafia members and you can buy 1 mike's house. Of course price is raising for them, I have 600 members and price is 200 000+ for 1 house.

At any given point only the no. of Mafia present will be in fight with 1 weapon 1 car and an armor... so make sure you have that and the extra items will add the teams attack and defense.
