absolutely nothing happens...just reverse the probes of multimeter & measure it again...this time around it should come positive...
When you add up all the currents going into and out of a single node, you have to wind up with zero, or else you made a mistake adding them up.
Its slang for A mistake, Usually A small mistake.
The total resistance of the circuit increases. hence the new resistance after adding the resistance will be new resistance = old resistance + added Resistance There is a small mistake in the question. The second word is 'changes' not 'charges'

sign them
With a "Fluke" it still reads the correct voltage but with a "minus" sign before the figures. HOWEVER do not do this with an oldfashioned moving coil meter, it will blow up literally!
There are quite a number of diodes and transistors in the critical circuits of your vehicle. Any one of them can be destroyed by applying high current reverse polarity. You'll need to go through every individual circuit and check for damage. Start with fusable links and other fuses, then find out what it takes to engage the starter. Once you've got that far, start checking the ignition circuits, make sure you have good spark to the plugs, and finally, check the injection system. Most automotive computers have built in protection against reverse polarity, however... Good luck. It's a simple mistake but it can be quite expensive.
When a magnet's polarity is reversed, the changing magnetic lines of force cutting across wiring induces a voltage in them. This principle is used primarily in motors. Or perhaps this refers to applying DC power to a device in reverse polarity by mistake. If the device is well designed, it will have a safety diode in the power input area to prevent damage, but if the diode is not present, reversing the power polarity will probably destroy every semiconductor junction in it.

I am a mistake could be seen as a metaphor for feeling unworthy or not living up to expectations. It conveys a sense of self-doubt and inadequacy.
Make a mistake is correct.
the mistake is []
A mistake is an abstract noun; to mistake something is a verb.
Its very hard to deal with a mistake .. trust me . it depends on how bad the mistake is . the worst the mistake is the harder it is to fix .
In business or in academics, there is no excuse for a mistake. A letter can be written to acknowledge a mistake, to report a mistake, to apologize for a mistake, to correct a mistake. That letter can include reasons that the mistake was made and should include steps that have been taken to ensure the mistake is not repeated. It is unprofessional to make excuses for mistakes.
