A rain check is the part of the ticket that is also referred to as a Stub, after it is torn from the full ticket. The remaining portion of a ticket ripped off when attending a game. A rain check is used if the game (or event) is postponed or rained out, to attend the game at a later date. As a collectible a rain check or stub is not as valuable as a full ticket, but still collectible. As an idiom, the phrase means that something has been postponed, or cannot be accomplished at this time, so the other party agrees to perform the service or task at a later date.
A technicality in the ticket is not going to be a reason for the person to claim that the ticket is invalid and disregard it. You still have to follow up.
i do but can because im better than eveyone
If you go online, you can book a flight ticket and use a credit card where you don't have to pay the bill till a later date...
You need to know the date of flight and where from? Flight costs are still very variable.
In my jurisdiction the due date has got to be adhered to.If you do not make the due date for the ticket you must go to court.I have gone to court and plead guilty and explained that I could not pay at by the due date. The judge did not increase my ticket even though he could have. You must either pay by the due date or go to court or get the people at the place you pay to confirm that its OK.

Today Full Tickets are more common where as tickets are scanned upon entry as opposed to "ripped." When entering an event the ticket will be scanned and returned to you. This would be your raincheck. If not scanned the ticket will ripped and the raincheck will be handed to you so you could find your seat, or if the event is postponed, you save the raincheck for future use.
see the agent who msold u the ticket or call the airline or visit their office
A Ticket StubComplete it would be called a "Full Ticket" Once the ticket is ripped you would have two stubs. The stub that is kept by the ticket collector permits entry into the game, and the remaining stub of the ticket that was ripped off is the rain check. A rain check is used if the game (or event) is postponed or rained out, to attend the game at a later date.

If a ticket has been issued, no limit applies. I'm not sure a ticket could be issued at a later date. It would be possible that the law would allow them to ticket someone when a lapse is discovered.
