I have been on Birth Control for 5 years. I was moving during the week of July 30th (Sun.) - August 5th (Saturday). I'm a Sunday start, and I missed pills on Thursday (August 3rd), and Friday (Aug 4th) (took two Saturday (Aug 5th)morning), and took one Saturday night (Aug 5th) at my usual time. Sunday August 6th started my placebo pills, but I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to skip the placebo pills and start a new pack. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on August 6th and 9th, but since I continued with the placebo pills I started my period (withdrawal bleeding) on August 11th. I started a new pack of pills on August 13th. For the past week or so, I have been extremely fatigued, and for the past week I have been having vaginal discharge (no smell), increased urination, and last night/this morning, I got nauseated and almost threw up. Since I had my period, does that mean I'm not pregnant? Or should I still be worried? It is unlikely you are pregnant but if you are it is over 2 weeks since you had unprotected sex so a test should show positive. Your symptoms are more likely to be stress from moving but take a test to be sure. If it is negative do another one in a week as a double check.
I've actually asked my gyno basically the same exact question because I'm always missing pills. and she says that the chances go from about 1% to about 3%. and that's only if you don't take the pill for that day at all. if you take it like 6 hours after your supposed to, don't sweat it.
whenever you miss a pill just take it as soon as you remember, or you have to wait 3-4 days. if you miss two pills, (you just don't take them, not just a day late) youre chances of getting pregnant are like 20%.
ALWAYS take the pills you miss, even if that means you take 2 or three pills in the same day.
and use a condom no matter what if youre having sex with guys you don't know. duh.
50% chance of rain
It is very unlikely, however any time you have unprotected sex there is a chance of becoming pregnant.
Yes and no. The chances of becoming pregnant are slim but there is always the chance of STD's with unprotected sex....
Your period might take a while before it goes back to normal. Like I tell everyone, there is always a possibility of becoming pregnant if you have unprotected sex. So there is a chance you are pregnant due to your carelessness.
If you had unprotected sex then there is a high chance.
No, not unless you have had unprotected sex since your last period. Then there may be a chance.
You can not be pregnant if you have your period at all. However, if you have missed a week of your birth control pills you do have the chance of becoming pregnant if you have unprotected sex.
Only if you had UNPROTECTED Sex, then there is a chance.
If you have unprotected sex for a year, you have a 20 percent chance of getting pregnant during each cycle.
If you don't take your pill as prescribed then have unprotected sex then you stand a chance of becoming pregnant. Do a test 2 - 3 weeks after you had unprotected sex then you will know.
Even if you're on the pill doesn't mean you won't get pregnant! But yes if you had unprotected sex and forgot to take the pill or even late then there's a very good chance you're pregnant! Take a test and make sure!
no
No a teen has just as much of a chance of becoming pregnant as an older woman.
