You will have to check with the local authorities. If there isn't an active business, it may be all over. But only the zoning folks can tell you for sure. Some jurisdictions give you a grace period of several years before declaring a lapse in a non-conforming use that will revoke a grandfather exception on the property. You could still request a variance if it is a permitted or special use.
