It depends on the girl. If she's a nice, considerate girl she'll think you're really nice but if she's a really cool girl she'll think you're a bit of an idiot. Either way NEVER over flatter a girl because in the end you and the girl (even the nice, considerate one) will know you're being a bit weird and the girl will realise you like her and it will make things really awkward. So yeah just don't over flatter a girl.
