If you primer the wall before painting you will not have to worry about the yellow color "bleeding" thru at all. But, yes yellow and green will make blue.

Generally they will turn green, with the exception of some, but all will go through a color change at about two years of age. Sometimes earlier. But some turn blue, calico, etc...
