On average you burn about 100 calories per mile. If you ran 1.3 miles, you probably burned around 130 calories whether you ran that mile in 20 minutes or in a month.
I pound is 3500 calories. Running 1.3 miles would therefore burn approximately 4% of a pound. If you want to lose weight, I would recommend running more than 20 minutes a month.
It depends on how you run. If you run at a fast and moving pace, you might lose 3 pounds or more.

Its depend on you. How much you work for it.
depends on how lond you do it for
No! It depends on how much you weigh in order for you to lose weight in ten days. 3 out of 10 chance possibly 30% of 100% the least.
you'd die if you didn't eat for 30 days!
If you are trying to lose weight, not eating for three days will not be much help. You may not lose any weight at all if you don't eat for three days. Your body will think that there is a food shortage and will start to store fat.
Depends on much you weigh. If your healthy then you can lose about 2 - 3 pounds. If your quite large you'll lose a bit more. Although it's more likely that you will gain weight due to the fact that you will be going through the starvation mode.
you wont lose weight you may even put more on due to starvation
5 and a half stone to my calculation
3 million tonnes
Starving yourself is a rediculous and extremely unhealthy way of losing weight. Your body needs vitamins and minerals in order to lose weight in a healthy way. No matter how much you eat, (to a certain extent) if you eat healthy and you excercise consistantly, you will lose weight.
If you weigh 215 pounds and fast for 7 days then you would lose several pounds. However, you would most likely regain weight once you started eating normally again. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to exercise, change your eating habits on a long-term basis, and lose weight slowly and steadily.
Hmmm, cold showers would have nothing at all to do with weight loss.
