On average you burn about 100 calories per mile. If you ran 1.3 miles, you probably burned around 130 calories whether you ran that mile in 20 minutes or in a month.

I pound is 3500 calories. Running 1.3 miles would therefore burn approximately 4% of a pound. If you want to lose weight, I would recommend running more than 20 minutes a month.
