Yes you may get into trouble. The bad part about it, is you will probably get him in trouble as well. Which doesn't make any sense but that's what seems to happen when these sort of controversies arise. Quite frankly, you should get in trouble, it's inappropriate, and I'm assuming your underage.
You never know who will end up with these pictures.
Depends on the age of the guy. If he's under 18, the 21-year-old should worry more.
No, but the guy can get into a great deal more trouble. Depending upon the state, he could be sent to prison for statutory rape. And until the girl reaches the age of majority, she should live where her parents direct her to live.
No
only if you are sexually active

Only if you want to get in alot of trouble.. I would say definitely not.
Yes, as long as he doesn't get caught.
No. The age of consent in Ohio is 16 years.
no it isnt. sorry but he is too old and can get into legal trouble if he is caught
Yes, they can get into a lot of trouble. The law may not have been broken, but you can bet the parents are going to make it very troublesome.
No. Photos are not allowed on Answers.
If there is proof that he was with the girl when she was 16, then yes, they could still get in trouble.
