If by roach you mean weed then yes you would fail a drugs test.
THC (the chemical in weed) can remain in the urine for several days (although the length of time is disputed) and can be found in your hair for months after using. Most drugs tests consist of a urine and hair sample so if you know you've got one coming up soon don't go near the stuff - or any other drugs for that matter.

∙ 14y agoIt depends on when the drug test is. It also depends on what type of test they are doing. If it is a urine test, the marijuana won't stay in your system as long. If they are testing your hair, that is a different story.
