If my period comes and i start the pill then stop two days after can you get pregnant?

What does happen depends on just which pill is used and the makeup of the individual body. With that in mind, it is possible to have a delayed period or sooner or not at all. Generally speaking the only time you should take two of these pills in one day is if you forgot to take a pill the day before.
