applying heat to your hair will increase the amount of dead ends. Apart from stopping heat you will need to eat heathly and do exercise wich your blood with pump around your body for more growth.Eathing vitamins such as biotin will also help your hair grow. Another way is brushing your hair upside down twice a day. Massaging your scalp is another option so be patient :) !
