If you tested negative for a Chlamydia and Gonorrhea test does that mean as long as you don't have unprotected sex you will not have those diseases or can they still show up months later?

For these 2 infections, a negative test means you are negative--- unless you are exposed to either of them in the future. It means you should get to know the signs and symptoms of genital infections, so you are more aware. And it means that education about genital infections should reinforce why condoms are important to both partners. Remember, males can be asymptomatic carriers, such as yeast and others, so guys need to use condoms to protect girls.
